• Losses arising from a member's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Fachai 68's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

Fachai 68 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Account closure requested by the member.
• Business decisions or legal compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
